Mumbai, Feb 2 : Liberty General Insurance Ltd. has launched Liberty Assure, a comprehensive add-on cover designed to enhance the private car ownership experience through faster, reliable, and hassle-free assistance.
The add-on strengthens Liberty’s motor insurance offerings by addressing key customer pain points such as downtime, repair delays, and out-of-pocket expenses. Benefits include priority repair and delivery, six-month workmanship assurance, free engine tune-up, complimentary A/C check-up, pick-up and drop services, and wheel alignment and balancing for claims above INR 15,000. Liberty Assure also waives the compulsory deductible, helping customers reduce costs during claims.
For electric vehicle owners, the add-on provides relocation services to the nearest authorized charging station or repair facility in case of a run-out-of-charge, ensuring seamless support across conventional and EV vehicles.
