CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 Generates INR 300 Cr Sales, Builds INR 1,000 Cr

Hyderabad, Feb 9: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India the apex body of private real estate developers in the country, successfully concluded the Hyderabad Property Show with an overwhelming response.  The event was a roaring success, as the visitors’ trust in ‘Brand Hyderabad’ and their willingness to make the city their permanent home helped drive sales worth ₹300 Crore and generated a business pipeline worth ₹1,000 Crore. This reflects a strong buyer intent and sustained confidence across residential and commercial segments.

The highlight of the last day was a panel discussion featuring leading real estate content creators from different parts of the country, highlighting the strength of Hyderabad real estate and how it compares with the other metro and tier 1 cities in India, while the real estate is still reasonably priced.

A key outcome of the discussion was that the Next Decade for real estate belongs to Hyderabad in terms of growth and development.

It will be driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the city.

The increased number of GCCs setting up a base in the city will create rapid employment and housing demand.

Moreover, the significant commercial real estate (12-14 million sft in 2025-26) and a wide range of housing options, from 1000 sft apartments to 16,000 sft homes, suiting the needs of every category of customer.

The proactive governance and investment in the infrastructure will be a catalyst to this growth

Mr. N. Jaideep Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad,

“Hyderabad, with its rich culture, excellent food and plethora of economic opportunities, has firmly positioned the city as one of India’s most resilient and forward-looking real estate markets. It is attracting everybody to make it their permanent home. With the plethora of options available in the city’s real estate, we urge home buyers to only trust ’RERA’-approved projects and not to be lured by discounts of pre-launch sales.”

Mr. B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect, CREDAI Hyderabad,

“The engaging conversations at the property show have highlighted a 5-6X value appreciation in the city over the last decade. Today, the city has the best infrastructure, outstanding career opportunities, and a great lifestyle, making it an ideal destination to settle down permanently. With a significant number of enquiries translating into scheduled site visits and advanced negotiations, witnessed at the property show, it is evident that more and more people are ready to settle permanently in Hyderabad.”

Adding to this, Mr. Kranti Kiran Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad,

“Today, the working couples are pooling their incomes to purchase their dream house. At Hyderabad, we are developing homes designed to cater to the aspirations of present-day globally travelled homebuyers. Every category of customer can get a home of their choice in the city. The scale of participation and the volume of serious buyer interactions recorded over the three days underscore the effectiveness of this show and the interest of home buyers to settle permanently in the city.”

The Property Show delivered a significant boost to ‘Brand Hyderabad’, reinforced by high-level participation, including visits by the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and senior ministers, alongside panel discussions on critical industry and urban development issues. These engagements strengthened buyer confidence in the city’s long-term prospects, encouraging homebuyers to invest, settle permanently, and become long-term stakeholders in Hyderabad’s growth story.
