Coimbatore, Mar 9: Stanford Seed, an initiative of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is set to host an exclusive leadership conversation titled “Beyond Founder-Driven Growth: Building a Company That Scales” in Coimbatore on March 13. The event will bring together founders and business leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities involved in scaling companies beyond founder-led operations. The session will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at O by Tamara Coimbatore.
The event will feature insights from K. Ramasamy, Chairman of Roots Group of Companies, who will share real-world lessons from his experience in building and scaling a globally recognized company. The leadership conversation will explore how growth-stage companies can transition from founder-driven execution to institutionalized leadership, enabling sustainable and scalable growth.
The program will also include an overview of the 10-month Stanford Seed Transformation Program presented by Senthil Pandian, Business Transformation Advisor, Stanford Seed.
