Sep 11: Some of Italy’s most cherished recipes carry generations of memories, born in family kitchens where pasta is made by hand and treasured recipes are lovingly passed down. This September, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai brings that spirit to Opus with Nonna’s Kitchen, a special menu celebrating the craft and comfort of handmade Italian pasta, from 12th September – 20th September 2026.
At the heart of Nonna’s Kitchen is fresh pasta made using the finest Italian durum wheat, prepared with care to bring out the character of each ingredient. The menu features comforting classics and creative combinations, from Confit Duck Tortellini with Parmesan Foam, Walnut, Fermented Cranberry and Roasting Jus to Lobster and Morel Fagottini with Tobiko Hollandaise, Basil Oil and Prosciutto Crisp. For vegetarian diners, Wild Mushroom and Taleggio Cappelletti with Morels, Aged Pecorino, Toasted Hazelnut and Fresh Truffle to Asparagus And Mascarpone Spiral Agnolotti, Brown Butter, Lemon and Chive brings together earthy flavours with the richness of handmade pasta.
“Food is one of the most powerful ways to experience a culture, and handmade pasta captures the very essence of Italian cooking. With Nonna’s Kitchen, we wanted to bring an authentic taste of Italy to Mumbai, recreating the warmth and simplicity of a traditional Italian kitchen, right here at Opus”, says Nitesh Gandhi, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.
